I express my greatest reverence to all of the first generation veterans in the world including my Great Grand Father M R Gupta, and my beloved father Dr. Anil Gupta who played the vanguard role in the study and dissemination of the Juche idea to pave a broad avenue for its world-wide study and dissemination, providing historical pre-requisite and foundation of Juche Idea Study organizations based at various parts of the country.

Similarly, all the Juche followers who are whole-heartedly striving towards dissemination of Juche idea swiftly over the world, thus arousing sympathy and support from more and more people.

Amid the great expectations and interest of all the Party members and the people who have turned out in the new revolutionary advance upholding the programme for struggle set forth at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK was held from February 8 to 11, Juche 110 (2021).

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, guided the plenary meeting. He said that as the decisions made at the Party Congress are mid-and long-term tasks to be fulfilled by all sectors during the coming five years, it is necessary to examine this year's plans down to details at the plenary meeting and fix and issue them as the decisions of the Party Central Committee.

He proposed below cited agenda items to be discussed at the plenary meeting. The plenary meeting passed the agenda items with unanimous approval.

1. On thoroughly implementing the first year's tasks of the five-year plan set forth at the 8th Party Congress

2. On waging further intensive struggle against anti-socialist and non-socialist practices throughout society

3. On modifying the collection of the slogans of the Party Central Committee

4. On the examination of "Description of Rules of Workers' Party of Korea"

5. An organizational matter

Expressing the expectation that every member of the Party central leadership organ would correctly confirm the work plan for this year through consultative meetings of panels, he called for making the plenary meeting a significant occasion of giving greater confidence and courage to all members of the Party and other people who turned out in implementing the decisions made at the 8th Congress of the Party.

After he finished his report on the agenda items, all the participants in the meeting raised enthusiastic cheers to pay the greatest tribute to the General Secretary who provided the commanding officials of the revolution, all Party members and other people with the powerful weapon of advance and innovation for implementing the decisions made at the 8th Congress of the Party with his rare insight and deep thought and by energetically guiding the meeting for days.

His important report full of his absolute confidence in the justice of the socialist cause, spirit of boundlessly serving the people and strong will to win a fresh victory of the revolution serves as a great militant banner for bringing about a new upsurge and change in the socialist construction.

The Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee guided by Marshal Kim Jong Un will be brilliantly recorded in the history and the Juche revolution as a historic meeting which showed more clearly the revolutionary image of the WPK, which is constantly struggling and making renovations, and gave a strong impetus to the all-people grand march for implementing the decisions of the Party congress.

Today the Workers’ Party of Korea leads the socialist cause of Juche along the road of victory holding fast to Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the eternal guiding ideology of the Party.

The Juche idea that constitutes one of the main contents of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism newly explained the philosophical principle, the socio-historical principle and guiding principles to illuminate the correct road for the people to shape their destiny.

The Juche-oriented theory of revolution clearly sets forth the general goal and orientation of the revolutionary struggle, elucidates strategy, tactics and way out for its materialization and gives perfect answers to theoretical and practical problems arising in all stages and fields of the revolution and construction. The Juche-oriented leadership method is the other main content of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. The Juche-oriented leadership method clarifies that the revolutionary leadership is the leadership of party and leader over the popular masses and the work to lead them so that they can discharge responsibility and role befitting masters of a new society.

The great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is an integral system of the idea, theory and method of Juche, and the guiding ideology of the WPK. Needless to say, that and it is a precious truth proved by the Korean practice that people will achieve victory and glory only when they advance toward the road of independence, and the road of socialism under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

The Korean army and people will always stand united around respected Marshal Kim Jong Un with the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism to achieve prosperity of their country in the henceforth.

Allow me to pay highest respect to our eternal President Kim Il Sung who created a revolutionary ideology of Juche Philosophy, further developed by Chairman Kim Jong Il and formulated by respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
