Dear fellow compatriots!

Allow me to express my deepest respect to the Workers’ Party of Korea, the General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea to comrade Kim Jong Un, to the entire Korean people, who in the hardest times bravely continues the heroic struggle for socialism, guided by the ideas of Juche, Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. I believe that 2020 occupies an important place in the history of the DPRK and the Workers' Party of Korea, when the country faced unprecedented difficulties that negatively affected the fulfillment of the five-year socio-economic development of the republic. Boldly and sincerely, the leader of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Jong Un, revealed the current situation in the economy to the delegates of the congress, to the entire Korean people, and this is a guarantee that the party and the Korean people will handle all the difficulties with honour, relying on the great Juche idea, Kimilsungism- Kimjongilism.

The Juche idea, Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, born as a national idea of the Korean people, are gaining more and more popularity in other countries, including Russia. There are societies for the study of the Juche idea, a society for friendship with the DPRK, and a society for the study of Songun. In our Sakhalin region, there is a society dedicated to the study of Kimilsungism- Kimjongilism.

We find slogans of independence, originality, dignity, pride, invincibility, the priority of collectivism over individualism very engaging. The slogan of the struggle against aggression, enslavement, against imperialism and the domination of individual countries over others in the world sounds especially relevant these days.

What we learn from it is that we cannot waist time and wait for all the conditions for a good life to conveniently appear, we must take action in the fight for them. And the idea that the working class, the masses of the people are able to carry out serious work for the transformation of nature and society, achieve liberation from any forms of oppression, successfully build a socialist and communist society and govern it under the leading role of the party and the leader is highly urgent for us too.

We wish the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the Korean people to keep faith with the Juche idea, Kimilsungism- Kimjongilism and achieve new horizons in establishing socialism based on them, to succeed in the implementation of the plans set out by the 2 Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, no matter how challenging they are!
